I absolutely love this place and have been a customer for years. They are honest, kind, and fair. And to be truthful, they are so helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!! Thank you Sunbelt Lawn Equipment! I’d give 10 stars if they had that option.

Rude, demeaning very argumentative would not tell me his name. Tried to speak with management about the situation. Was told I would get a call back. No call backs. When you call back to the store they continue to let your number ring. I know that she knows my number because she said she has it on caller ID. Voicemail not set up for their business line. I hope the business replies to this review. Owners should know how this employees handle customers when they are out for lunch. Do your due diligence and look at the last Year's reviews. There are a lot that are very poor. I should have checked before driving over to them. Small businesses are hard. It's hard when you have terrible employees

This place is amazing ,They sell affordable used equipment and new equipment. Customer service is amazing and outside the place they’re authorized dealers for these types of brand. If your also looking part for your equipment or need to order a part this definitely the place for it

Pretty disappointed with this experience. I dropped off a Ryobi generator that would not start and paid a $40 diagnostic fee. I was told it would take about five days to diagnose, but they called the next day and said it needed a new carburetor, spark plug, and fuel system flush. The issue is that the additional work was quoted at about $420, and I was told that was needed just to continue diagnosing or possibly begin repairing it. At that point, the repair cost was approaching the price of a new unit, which is around $599. I also did not love being told that if I did not pick it up within five days, they would keep it because they did not have much room. I understand storage limits, but the overall experience left me feeling like the diagnostic fee did not really provide much value and that the pickup policy was pretty aggressive. When we picked it up, we were also told they had used models for sale, which made the whole situation feel even more uncomfortable. Overall, I left disappointed and would have appreciated a clearer explanation of what the $40 diagnostic included, what had actually been confirmed, and why such a large repair was needed before any further diagnosis coul

A highly recommend this place. I bought an ryobi 40v weed eater from home depot and it need to be repaired so I had to bring it to Sunbelt Lawn. they took care of me a highly recommended you bringing your stuff here.. located in Irving great customer service it took some time to get it fixed but they did the job right.
